RETURNS FOR DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM If your artwork has been damaged in any way, I offer a complete refund, exchange or store credit. Please Follow these instructions: All Damaged returns must be received within 30 Days. All Damaged returns must be in the original shipping packaging. All Damaged Returns must have a Return Authorization Number. (One will be emailed to you) All Damaged Returns you must email 3 clear images of the shipping container and the damaged artwork. Please include your order number and a short description why you are returning your item. Email to : email@example.com All Damaged returns will be refunded the initial and return shipping charges. Refunds of $50 or less will receive a refund within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Refunds of $50.01 and more will receive a refund within 5-10 Business days after receiving damaged item. Refunds will be of the same method of payment except for store credit. NON-DAMAGED RETURNS: At the present time we do not offer full refunds for non-damaged items. Store credit is available in the amount of the artwork. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit. If you want to return a non-damaged item please follow these instructions. All Non-Damaged returns must be received with 30 Days. No Exceptions. All Non-Damaged returns must be in the original shipping packaging. All Non-Damaged Returns must have a Return Authorization Number. (One will be emailed to you ) Email 3 photos of the item before you packaged it and 3 images of the sealed shipping container. In the email include your order number and the reason you would like to return the item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is required to pay for shipping costs with Insurance.
